I'm finding more and more vintage items that I just cannot wait to share!

I've found interesting things from photographs to wedding dresses.

Thank goodness for the Internet right?!

Today I'm thankful for the ability to read whatever I please.

My reading material ranges from the Bible to James Patterson

to Candace Bushnell to Cosmo magazine.

I'm not restricted.

This makes me happy.

You all know that I love reading, especially magazines.

I was thrilled when I came across these vintage magazine covers.

Target Tuesday

The rain has started to let up and the sun is peeking through.

Temperatures have even been in the high 70's to low 80's!

This means it'll be beach time before I know it.

And what does every girl need for a trip to the beach?

Marvelous Monday

Hi there everyone!  Remember me?

I know, it's been a very long time since my last post,

but as you can see I under went a little renovation and I'm well pleased.

This is the look I've been going for, and I finally got it.

I also decided to take a week off because I had to get used to some new adjustments.

One adjustment is not meant to be shared {no, I'm not pregnant for anything like that lol},

while the other is.

I'm proud to announce that Nehemiah is back sleeping in his room!

It took us a few tries and lots of tears on his part, but we survived it.

We're both sleeping wonderfully in our own bedrooms.

My home also got some attention last week. 

All my laundry finally got put away, and I can once again see my bedroom floor.

I should have taken before and after pics, but it was way too embarassing!

Thankful Thursday

{like the new pic?}

I was thinking about my life and everything I've been through

in the last year,

and although so many things are difficult at the moment,

I still love being a woman!

We are stronger than we give ourselves credit for.

We love like there is no tomorrow.

We take care of others before taking care of ourselves.

We buy way too many handbags and pairs of shoes.

And we get to wear really cute clothes!

One thing I miss most about the A-Z Challenge are the lovely pictures I had to find, and the creativity it took to tie it all in. 

Seeing that my What I'm Loving Wednesday posts were so similar to Thankful Thursday posts,

I decided to switch it up a bit. 

I have a new found interest in vintage {hence the picture above}, so I will be displaying what I'm thankful for in terms of vintage photos. 

Now I get to be creative again. 

Should be fun right?!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I can't believe it's Wednesday already! 

Does anyone feel this week is flying by?

I haven't been feeling my best this week, so I'm a little behind in the blogging world.

I've been reading blog posts, I'm just not commenting as often as usual.

I also haven't had the chance to respond to your comments.

Please don't be angry. 

I haven't forgotten you.

I usually type my posts on Sunday, and this week I've been doing them the night before.

I def need to get back on schedule.

Speaking of schedules

 here's this week's list of WILW:

1.) I didn't lose my composure and I didn't need to repent after I responded to the email the ex sent me.

Yep, he responded to last week's message.

And I did good, no naughty words

mainly because the bestie wouldn't let me I have better self-control.

Remember, I'm sticking to my guns on moving forward. 

He's in my past, and that's where he belongs!

I forgot to delete my signature before sending the email, and now he has my blog link.

I don't want him peeking into my world, but what choice do I have now?

I can't go private, it wouldn't be fair to all of you.

2.) This nail polish. 

It has a gold shimmery tint and it's not too bright.

Plus, it was cheap.

The color is called excuse me.

3.) My new desk planner that is going in the upstairs hallway.

I'm praying this helps me organize my life a little better.

If it doesn't, at least it's cute and pink.

There's a section for me and for Miah

{yes, he has a social life lol}

and there's a section to write down daily meals.

4.) The weather for the next few days

 And the most exciting news of all....

5.) These 2 girls will live in the same state again!

I was soooo happy when she called and gave me the news.

She'll be about 2 hours away, and she won't be back until around Christmas or a little after.

I'm not at all complaining.

Now I can be with both of my first grade besties!

Once again, I'm so excited!!
